▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fireproof coating material comprises 43-65 pts. wt. modified polyurethane acrylate emulsion, 1-5 pts. wt. polysiloxane, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 32-40 pts. wt. pigments and fillers, 10-18 pts. wt. flame retardants, 5-12 pts. wt. diluent and 3-8 pts. wt. inorganic fiber. The modified polyurethane acrylate emulsion is aqueous polyurethane terminated with hydroxyethyl methacrylate and methyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, vinyl triisopropoxysilane, modified polyurethane acrylate emulsion obtained by copolymerization of diperfluorooctyl ethyl acrylate. USE - The fireproof coating material is useful in cardboard (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fireproof coating material has improved adhesion strength and temperature resistance and flame retardant effect, excellent dispersibility, does not easily agglomerate, and has more stable quality, simple processing technology and convenient use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing fireproof coating material comprising (i) adding various pigments and fillers, graphene oxide, modified flame retardant, and inorganic fibers into the grinder in mass ratio, and grinding for 3-5 hours to obtain mixed system, (ii) adding modified polyurethane acrylate emulsion, polysiloxane, and diluent into the reaction kettle in mass ratio, and stirring vigorously to obtain mixed emulsion, then adding mixed system into the mixed emulsion, heating at 60-65 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 2-3 hours, and then cooling to room temperature and discharging.
