NOVELTY - Method for preparing nano/micron fiber membrane involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in dichloromethane or hexafluoroisopropanol to obtain a solution, dissolving poly-hydroxy fatty acid ester and polyethylene glycol in the solution to obtain solution (A), and (b) preparing film by taking injector and syringe needle, using tin foil paper roller as receiver and setting positive voltage, negative voltage, temperature, pushing speed and receiving distance, drying the film and sterilizing to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing fiber membrane for enhancing screw stability and inducing bone regeneration. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of unstable screw fixing and fracture healing delay or non-healing in the existing orthopedic surgery technology. The fiber membrane can be controlled in vivo degradation according to need without taking out for the second operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing hollow porous nano/micron fiber membrane involving (a1) dispersing graphene oxide in dichloromethane or hexafluoroisopropanol to prepare a solution, dissolving poly-hydroxy fatty acid ester and polyethylene glycol in the solution to obtain the solution (A), (b1) dissolving polyethylene glycol and optionally osteogenic peptides or natural small molecule compounds in water to prepare a solution (B), (c1) taking syringe, installing the solution (A) using the coaxial nozzle as a shell layer and the solution (B) as a core layer, using the tin foil roll as the receiver, setting the positive voltage, the negative voltage, and the temperature, the injection speed and the receiving distance to prepare a fiber membrane, placing it in an aqueous solution and ultrasonically oscillating, vacuum drying and sterilizing to obtain the product; (2) a nano/micron fiber membrane has an ordered-disordered hollow porous microstructure; and (3) a functional absorbable orthopedic screw sleeve comprising an orthopedic screw sheath prepared from cellulose membrane or nano/micro fiber membrane, where the orthopedic screw sleeve is prepared by according to the diameter and the length of the clinical orthopedic screw, preparing the fiber membrane with the same thickness into a sleeve shape with different diameters and lengths by using the intelligent roller, and integrating the fiber membrane with the screw.
