NOVELTY - Preparing polyamide elastomer base gas material gel involves providing a polyamide elastomer having a Shore hardness of less than or equal to 60 D and a conductive filler; putting the polyamide elastomer and the conductive filler in the organic solvent for ultrasonic dispersion, then heating to dissolve the polyamide elastomer to obtain mixed solution, where organic solvent is selected from at least one of n-butyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, propanol, dimethyl sulfoxide, pouring the mixed solution into the mold, and placing in the freezing medium for single side freezing or uniform freezing to obtain solid mixture; and freezing and drying the solid mixture to obtain the polyamide elastomer base gas material gel. The density of the polyamide elastomer base gas material gel greater than or equal to 0.04g/cm3. USE - Method for preparing polyamide elastomer base gas material gel, which is useful in pressure sensor and electromagnetic shielding material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides polyamide elastomer base gas material gel with excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and rebound elasticity.
