▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A device consists of a component (A) comprising a composition obtained by performing oxidation of graphene oxide for forming holey graphene oxide having defects and reduction of holey graphene oxide. USE - Device e.g. sensor (claimed) is used for sensing biomolecular interactions between immobilized biomolecules e.g. antimicrobial peptides, DNA, RNA, antibodies, and aptamers, and target analyte e.g. hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide, nitric oxide, and carbon monoxide. ADVANTAGE - The device has excellent electronic properties and stability at ambient conditions, and quick response, and enables effective sensing of analyte with high sensitivity and selectivity, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for composition, which contains graphene oxide sheets containing holes obtained by performing oxidation for forming network of interconnected graphene oxide nanoribbons.
