▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three dimensional hybrid scaffold comprises 61.5-63.5% natural gum polysaccharide, 5.25-13.5% graphene nanomaterial and 30.25-26% cross-linking agent. The three dimensional hybrid scaffold is utilized to transplant islet cells to improve insulin secretion and reduce blood glucose levels in type-1 diabetes patients. USE - Three dimensional hybrid scaffold used for islet cell transplantation, and treating type 1 diabetes. ADVANTAGE - The three dimensional hybrid scaffold improves biodegradation, cytocompatibility, cell adherence properties, insulin secretion and patient safety, controls blood glucose levels, reduces blood sugar, and provides effective proliferation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included fora method for preparing three dimensional hybrid scaffold for islet cell transplantation, which involves: (A) subjecting natural gum polysaccharide to ultra-sonication for approximately 3 hours to obtain nano homogeneous solution; (B) mixing nano homogenous solution with graphene nanomaterial and continuing sonication for 30 minutes; (C) adding cross-linking agent to mixed nano homogenous solution and ultra-sonicating mixed nano homogeneous solution for 3 hours; (D) freezing sonicated solution at (-)20 degrees C; and (E) performing freeze drying frozen solution at (-)40 degrees C to obtain solid scaffold, and curing obtained solid scaffold at 140 degrees C for 5 minutes.
