NOVELTY - Preparing a high-stability oxygen-barrier tube comprises (i) preparing polyvinyl alcohol/nano cellulose composite material by casting method; (ii) mixing the step (i) composite material solution with the graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding a reducing agent, reacting in an alkaline environment and pouring to obtain the polyvinyl alcohol/nano cellulose/graphene composite material; and (iii) mixing the polyvinyl alcohol/nano cellulose/graphene polymer of step (ii) with heat-resistant polyethylene, color masterbatch, antioxidant and polyphthalamide, and co-extruding. USE - The high-stability oxygen-barrier tube is useful for insulation pipe of floor heating system.
