NOVELTY - High-strength concrete comprises 71-85 pts. wt. stone, 10-18 pts. wt. cement, 1.1-2.4 pts. wt. pumice stone powder, 2.15-4.45 pts. wt. water, 0.15-0.24 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.005-0.04 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 10-15 pts. wt. concentrated sulfuric acid and 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate. USE - The concrete is useful for retarding plant growth (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The concrete improves the strength, fluidity and reduce the alkalinity of the vegetated concrete. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the concrete comprising (i) adding oxidized graphene powder into a 250 ml flask, slowly adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the flask and placing the flask in a water bath at 40-50 degrees C for 70-80 hours to obtain sulfated graphene oxide, filtering and washing the sulfated graphene oxide until the pH is 5-7; (ii) adding sodium lignosulfonate, water reducing agent into the graphene oxide washing solution, heating and stirring in water bath for 60-90 minutes, cooling, ultra-sonicating at 150 W in ultrasonic cleaning machine for 30-100 minutes to obtain graphene oxide poly-carboxylic acid additive; (iii) uniformly mixing quick hardening and early strength sulfoaluminate cement, pumice powder in the machine to obtain the planting gelled material; (iv) uniformly stirring the graphene oxide poly-carboxylic acid additive in water in the stirrer for 120-200 seconds to obtain the high-strength retarding-growing concrete; and (v) molding the high-strength retarding growing concrete, tamping and compacting for 6-10 seconds.
