NOVELTY - A single-phase polymerization pneuma poly 3, 4-dioxo thiophene and graphene laminated flexible transparent electrode comprises 3, 4-ethylene dioxygenthiofuran film and graphene thin film that are attached to an upper part of a transparent polymer substrate through a lamination structure. USE - Single-phase polymerization pneuma poly 3, 4-dioxo thiophene and graphene laminated flexible transparent electrode. Uses include but are not limited to an image sensor, solar energy battery i.e. organic photovoltaic battery (OPV), LCD, organic electroluminescent display i.e. organic LED (OLED), and a touch screen panel. ADVANTAGE - The electrode has high electrical conductivity, excellent and better flexibility and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a single-phase polymerization pneuma poly 3, 4-dioxo thiophene and graphene laminated flexible transparent electrode, which involves removing outer layer protective film from a polyethylene glycol terephthalate transparent polymer flexible substrate, and dispersing the obtained product in n-butanol in oxygen plasma treatment for 2 to 5 minutes. A vapor phase polymerized polyethylendioxythiophene thin film is inserted in a polymerization reaction kettle. Excess of oxidizing agent is cleaned away, and alcohol is utilized to wash and dry the obtained product. The thin film is heated on a heating plate at 60 degrees C for 30 minutes. A graphene thin film is prepared by using chemical vapour deposition process or chemical oxidation process. The graphene thin film is transferred to the polyethylendioxythiophene thin film. The polyethylendioxythiophene thin film is overlapped with the graphene film in form of composite film structure to obtain a flexible electrode.
