NOVELTY - Mixing graphene/PTFE nano-micropowder involves primary mixing or secondary mixing. The primary mixing involves uniformly stirring and mixing graphene derivative and dispersant at 30-50 rpm at temperature less than 19℃, and stirring and mixing graphene derivative and dispersant with PTFE dispersion resin (A) at 30-50 rpm at temperature of less than 19℃, or mixing lubricant with dispersant in graphene derivative, uniformly stirring, adding resin (A), and stirring and mixing at 30-50 rpm. The mass ratio of graphene derivative, dispersant and resin (A) is 0.5-1:1.0-2.5:50-100, preferably 0.8-1:1.5-2.0:50-80. The mass ratio of graphene derivative, dispersant, lubricant and resin (A) is 0.5-1:1.0-2.5:25-30:65-70. The secondary mixing involves mixing dispersant in graphene derivative micro powder, uniformly stirring, adding resin (A), and mixing to obtain prefabricated mixture, and stirring and mixing prepared mixture and resin (A) at 30-50 rpm. USE - Mixing graphene/PTFE nano-micropowder used in aerpspace, energy storage, liquid crystal device, electronic device, biological material, sensing material and catalyst carrier applications. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids PTFE dispersion resin agglomeration phenomenon, further ensures the quality of graphene/PTFE nanocomposite film split fiber product.
