NOVELTY - A graphene/liquid crystal co-reinforced thermoplastic pipe comprises 40-60 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene resin, 30-40 pts. wt. active nano-powder, 1-2 pts. wt. three-dimensional network-shaped graphene oxide, 4-7 pts. wt. thermotropic liquid crystal, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin, 0.3-1 pt. wt. lubricant, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate) (antioxidant 1010), and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. MB218 anti-UV agent. The active nano powder is nano-calcium carbonate, nano-silicon dioxide, nano-aluminum oxide or nano-titanium dioxide. The thermotropic liquid crystal is 4,4'-bis(( beta )-hydroxyethoxy)biphenyl or 4,4'-bis(( beta )-hydroxyhexyloxy)biphenyl. The maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene or maleic anhydride graft polypropylene. The lubricant is polyethylene wax, ethylenebis(stearamide), stearic acid or paraffin. USE - Graphene/liquid crystal co-reinforced thermoplastic pipe. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/liquid crystal co-reinforced thermoplastic pipe has improved tensile strength and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/liquid crystal co-reinforced thermoplastic pipe comprises 40-60 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene resin, 30-40 pts. wt. active nano-powder, 1-2 pts. wt. three-dimensional network-shaped graphene oxide, 4-7 pts. wt. thermotropic liquid crystal, 5-10 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin, 0.3-1 pt. wt. lubricant, 0.5-0.9 pt. wt. pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate) (antioxidant 1010), and 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. MB218 anti-UV agent. The active nano powder is nano-calcium carbonate, nano-silicon dioxide, nano-aluminum oxide or nano-titanium dioxide. The three-dimensional network-shaped graphene oxide is prepared by oxidizing expanded graphite using the improved Hummers method, adding 80 mL concentrated sulfuric acid to 800 mL beaker, adding 10 g potassium persulfate and 10 g phosphorus pentoxide under stirring condition until the solution is completely dissolved, heating at 90 degrees C, dripping 3 g expanded graphite, stirring and reacting for 5 hours, dripping 10 g potassium permanganate under the water bath condition, heating at 35 degrees C for 2 hours, dripping 600 mL deionized water, continuously stirring for 7 hours, adding 60 mL 30 vol.% hydrogen peroxide until the mixture is bright yellow, leaving still to precipitate graphite oxide, pouring the upper liquid, washing with 10 %mass hydrochloric acid solution 4-5 times, and ultrasonically peeling for 0.5-hours to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution, concentrating the aqueous graphene oxide solution in a rotary evaporator, pouring into culture dish, and drying in a freeze-dryer. The thermotropic liquid crystal is 4,4'-bis(( beta )-hydroxyethoxy)biphenyl or 4,4'-bis(( beta )-hydroxyhexyloxy)biphenyl. The maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin is maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene or maleic anhydride graft polypropylene. The lubricant is polyethylene wax, ethylenebis(stearamide), stearic acid or paraffin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene/liquid crystal co-reinforced thermoplastic pipe, which involves adding all components to a high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing at speed of 30 rpm, granulating in a twin-screw extruder at 200 degrees C, extruding and molding at 200 degrees C.
