NOVELTY - Graphene comprises oxygen atom content in predetermined range. The weight ratio of carbon and oxygen of graphene is in predetermined range. USE - Graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene has excellent electroconductivity, thermal conductivity and barrier characteristics, and does not contain impurities e.g. graphene oxide.
