NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive coating, comprises 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-silicon, 7-8 pts. wt. polydopamine, 1.5-3 pts. wt. modified cellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. resin material, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. perfluorotripropylamine, 1 pt. wt. dispersant, 2-6 pts. wt. ionic liquid solvent, 1-3 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, and deionized water (balance amount), where the modified cellulose is modified hydrophobic nano-cellulose. USE - The anti-corrosion coating is useful for anti-collision barriers of highway bridges (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-corrosive coating has excellent interface bonding force. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing anti-corrosive coating, comprising (i) ball milling graphene and deionized water at a ratio of 1:20-40 for 10-12 hours, then adding nano-silicon and continue ball milling for 2-3 hours, (ii) heating the ionic liquid solvent at 100-110 ℃ and dissolving it in the modified nanocellulose, cooling to room temperature, adding ball-milled graphene and nano-silicon powder prepared in step (i), perfluorotripropylamine and dispersant and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed dispersion, and (iii) adding polydopamine, resin material and dioctyl phthalate into the mixed dispersion, and stirring to obtain final product.
