▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Blue light organic LED (OLED) based on solvent vapor phase treatment of hole injection layer has substrate layer (1), anode layer (2), hole injection layer (3), hole transport layer or electron blocking layer (4), blue light emitting layer (5), electron transport layer or hole blocking layer (6), electron injection layer (7) and conductive cathode layer (8). The luminescent guest material of blue light emitting layer provides fluorescent emitting blue light, phosphorescent or heat delayed activated fluorescent material. USE - Blue light OLED based on solvent vapor phase treatment of hole injection layer. ADVANTAGE - The blue light OLED enables to overcomes defects of solvent which is doped or hole injection layer is etched to cause serious leakage current, using relatively mild micro-etching of gas molecule to form scattering structure and phase separation beneficial to light on surface of film, and improves blue light OLED light coupling and external quantum efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing blue OLED based on solvent vapor phase treatment of hole injection layer, which involves: (A) cleaning substrate, and anode, drying with nitrogen; (B) using spin coating, printing, spraying, or evaporation methods, and using hole injection layer materials, preparing hole injection layer on anode surface; (C) heating preferred solvent in closed container to generate high-concentration vapor atmosphere, and adjusting flow rate of solvent gas, placing hole injection layer film in container, allowing to stand for certain period of time before taking out, according to solvent usage, selecting different annealing temperatures to anneal, and drying above-mentioned film; (D) using spin coating, printing, spraying, or evaporation methods, where surface of treated hole injection layer, which is then laminated to prepare hole transport layer, or electron blocking layer, blue light emitting layer, electron transport layer, or void, hole blocking layer, electron injection layer; and (E) replacing mask, and then evaporating cathode material on surface of prepared electron injection layer to form electrode cathode layer by making functional layers of blue OLED.
