▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing siloxene-reduced graphene oxide heterocomposite, comprises (a) stirring graphene oxide and dispersing agent, and adding calcium silicide into a graphene oxide dispersion, (b) generating siloxene sheet as calcium is desorbed from the calcium silicide, and partially reducing graphene oxide to produce reduced graphene oxide, (c) generating siloxene-reduced graphene oxide by adsorbing the siloxene sheet on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide, (d) obtaining a siloxene-reduced graphene oxide heterocomposite by adding hydrazine hydrate to the siloxene-reduced graphene oxide, and (e) drying the siloxene-reduced graphene oxide heterocomposite. USE - The heterocomposite is useful for manufacturing supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heterocomposite has excellent pseudocapacitance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for siloxene-reduced graphene oxide heterocomposite prepared by the above method.
