NOVELTY - Preparing styrene-acrylic emulsion comprises (i) mixing hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and graphene oxide solution, adding sodium borohydride and reacting to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution, (ii) adding tetraethyl orthosilicate, ultrasonically dispersing and reacting to obtain the modified graphene oxide mixture, (iii) mixing the pre-treated carbon nano-tube and water and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain pre-carbon nano tube dispersing liquid, mixing the modified oxidized graphene and water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain modified additive, (iv) preparing emulsion with butyl acylate and modified additive, (v) mixing the emulsion B with water and adding emulsifying agent, sodium bicarbonate and initiator to obtain seed emulsion, and (vi) dropping emulsion A into the seed emulsion, adding initiator, stirring and reacting, adding tert-butyl peroxide and methyl sulfate and adjusting pH. USE - The styrene-acrylic emulsion is useful for vehicle filter paper (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The emulsion has good hydrophobic property and adsorption property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing styrene-acrylic emulsion comprises (i) mixing hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and graphene oxide solution in ratio of 1:50-1:80, adding 0.25-0.30 pts. wt. sodium borohydride, stirring and reacting to obtain graphene oxide mixed solution and mixing the graphene oxide mixed solution with the sodium hydroxide solution in mass ratio of 10:1-10:4 to obtain the mixed liquid of pre-oxidation graphene, (ii) mixing the pre-oxidized graphene solution and tetraethyl orthosilicate in mass ratio of 5:1-5:2, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring and reacting to obtain the modified graphene oxide mixture, mixing the hydrochloric acid solution and the modified oxidized graphene mixture mixed in mass ratio of 1:100-5:100, stirring and reacting, centrifugally separating and filtering to obtain the modified graphene oxide, (iii) mixing the pre-treated carbon nano-tube and water in mass ratio of 1:500-1:600, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain pre-carbon nano tube dispersing liquid, mixing the modified oxidized graphene and water in mass ratio of 1:300-1:500, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the modified graphene oxide dispersion, mixing dispersing liquid and modified oxidized graphene dispersion liquid in mass ratio of 1:2-1:3, adjusting the pH value to 8-8.5, adding 0.08-0.10 times polyethylene polyamine and 0.02-0.08 times aqueous glucose beta -lactone into pre-treating carbon nano-tube dispersing liquid, ultrasonically dispersing, stewing, filtering, washing and drying to obtain modified additive, (iv) taking 20-35 pts. wt. butyl acylate, 15-22 pts. wt. styrene, 10-15 pts. wt. methacrylic acid, 5-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560, 12-20 pts. wt. modified additive, 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier and 40-80 pts. wt. water, mixing the butyl acylate and modified additive, adding styrene and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, methacrylic acid, emulsifying agent and water and stirring to obtain the emulsion, dividing the emulsion into two parts according to the mass ratio of 1:3, where the amount of emulsion A is more and the amount of the emulsion B is less, (v) mixing the emulsion B with water in mass ratio of 1:10-1:15, adding 0.1-0.2 times of emulsifying agent, 0.1-0.3 times of sodium bicarbonate and 0.1-0.2 times of initiator, stirring and reacting until blue light to obtain seed emulsion, and (vi) dropping the emulsion A into the seed emulsion, controlling the dripping time within 2-3 hours, adding 0.1-0.3 times of initiator, stirring and reacting, cooling to obtain the blank, adding blank into the blank solution liquid, adding 0.1-0.2 times of tert-butyl peroxide and 0.1-0.2 times of methyl sulfate, and adjusting pH to 7-8.
