▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving nucleation efficacy of beta nucleating agent under shear conditions comprises (i) melt blending polypropylene, graphene oxide and beta nucleating agent, and then heat treating to obtain first system, (ii) cooling first system to obtain second system, and (iii) subjecting second system to cooling treatment, shearing treatment, and crystallizing. The beta nucleating agent is rare earth nucleating agent, or rare earth bimetallic complex. USE - The method is useful for improving nucleation efficacy of beta nucleating agent under shear conditions. ADVANTAGE - The method provides simple and active method for improving nucleation efficiency of beta nucleating agent in shear flow field, which has important guiding significance for industrial production.
