NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible metal nano particle doped self-supporting graphene film comprises mixing aqueous graphene oxide solution and metal salt solution, slowly adding to solid substrate, plasma surface treating, adding ascorbate aqueous solution, and reducing; or slowly adding graphene oxide solution titration on solid substrate, plasma surface drying, forming, adding metal salt solution on graphene oxide membrane, drying into ascorbate water solution, heating, and reducing. USE - Method for preparing flexible metal nano particle doped self-supporting graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has less reaction steps, is convenient to operate, and uses low cost raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of flexible metal nano particle doped self-supporting graphene film comprises mixing aqueous graphene oxide solution and metal salt solution, slowly adding to solid substrate, plasma surface treating, adding ascorbate aqueous solution, and reducing; or slowly adding graphene oxide solution titration on solid substrate, plasma surface drying, forming, adding metal salt solution on graphene oxide membrane, drying into ascorbate water solution, heating, and reducing. The graphene film has thickness of 50 nm-10 mu m, electrical conductivity of 1x 104-1x 105 S/m, and particle size of 1-200 nm.
