NOVELTY - A boronized graphene slurry is obtained by adding redox graphene and boric acid to absolute ethanol, ultrasonically stirring to obtain mixed material, drying at 40 degrees C, pyrolyzing mixed material in argon atmosphere at 900 degrees C for 4 hours to obtain boronized graphene, modifying boronized graphene using silane coupling agent to obtain functional borated graphene, ultrasonically dispersing functional borated graphene in N-methylpyrrolidone solution to form functional boronized graphene dispersion, adding nano silica particles to functional boronized graphene dispersion, mix for 30-120 minutes, mixing 3-5 parts mass functional graphene boron dispersion containing 1.5-3.5% graphene boride, 20-30 parts mass organic solvent, 4-8 parts mass additive and up to 80 parts mass nano silica particles by three-dimensional mixing process, and mixing through shear force generated by revolution and rotation to achieve uniformity. USE - Boronized graphene slurry. ADVANTAGE - The slurry has excellent bonding force with substrate and high thermal conductivity.
