NOVELTY - Silica/titania/carbon composite material, includes a core, an intermediate layer and an outer layer, where the core includes a silicon compound, the intermediate layer includes titania, and the outer layer includes a carbonaceous material, where the particle size of the silicon-based compound is 20-1000 nm, and the ratio of the total mass of the silicon-based compound and titania to the mass of the carbon-containing material is 1:1-10:1. USE - Used as silica/titania/carbon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material efficiently and rapidly synthesizes the silica/titania/carbon composite material layered structure through a two-step method, fully utilizes the advantages of the material, fully reduces the energy consumption of the reaction and optimizes the convenience of operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparation method of silica/titania/carbon composite material, comprising (i) adding a silicon compound into the titanium source solution to form a mixed solution, and stirring in a water bath to obtain silica/titania material in which titania coats the silicon compound; (ii) adding a carbon source into the silica/titania material and performing ball milling to obtain a silica/titania/carbon composite material; cathode sheet, comprising the silica/titania/carbon composite material; lithium battery, comprising the cathode sheet.
