NOVELTY - The sensor has an upper electric signal collecting layer provided with an upper layer integral part and an upper electric signal collecting pin. A lower electric signal collecting layer is provided with a lower layer integral part and a lower electric signal collecting pin. The upper layer integral part and the lower layer integral part are respectively attached on a surface of an upper electrode layer and a surface of a lower electrode layer. The upper electric signal collecting pin is extended to a flexible substrate by the upper layer integral part and separated from lower electric signal collecting pin. The lower electric signal collecting pin located on flexible substrate. USE - Flexible temperature sensor based on ion thermoelectric material. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is flexible and bendable, and has passive working characteristics and low energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flexible temperature sensor.
