NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide monolayer small-size dispersant comprises e.g. (i) mixing alkaline solution and waste dander, stirring the reaction, carrying out suction filtration to removing the filter residue to obtain alkali-degraded waste dander solution, (ii) placing the triethylenetetramine into the reaction container, under nitrogen protection, adding methyl acrylate and methanol mixed solution by dropwise, raising the temperature and heating to obtain yellow transparent liquid product, and removing the methanol under reduced pressure to obtain red viscous amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide, (iii) adding 10-15% acetic acid solution to degraded waste dander solution, adding glutaraldehyde and deionized water by dropwise, and carrying out incubation reaction, (iv) mixing graphene oxide dispersion with deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing, adding amino acid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and reacting to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide dispersion. USE - The dispersant is useful for amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide modified waste dander as leather tanning agent and leather fatliquor. ADVANTAGE - The dispersant: has high hydrophilicity and dispersibility in water, improves softness, and elasticity, reduces the discharge of chrome tanning agents, dyes and fatliquors in wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide monolayer small-size dispersant comprises (i) mixing 200-300 pts. wt. alkaline solution and 25-30 pts. wt. waste dander, stirring the reaction at 80-90 degrees C for 10-12 hours, carrying out suction filtration to removing the filter residue to obtain 200-300 pts. wt. alkali-degraded waste dander solution, adjusting the pH to 9-11 with dilute acid and adding 4-6 pts. wt. alkaline protease, carrying out enzyme degradation 50-60 degrees C for 5-6 hours, carrying out rotary evaporation to removing water and controlling the solid content of degraded waste dander to 10-15% solution for degrading waste dander, (ii) placing the 52-62 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine into the reaction container, under nitrogen protection, adding 43-53 pts. wt. methyl acrylate and 100-120 pts. wt. methanol mixed solution by dropwise, raising the temperature to 30-40 degrees C and heating the reaction for 4-5 hours to obtain yellow transparent liquid product, and removing the methanol under reduced pressure, increasing the temperature to 90-95 degrees C and continuing the reaction for 5-6 hours to obtain red viscous amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide, (iii) adding 50-60 pts. wt. 10-15% acetic acid solution to 30-50 pts. wt. degraded waste dander solution, heating to 40-50 degrees C under stirring, adding 3-5 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde and 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water by dropwise addition time is 20-25 minutes, carrying out incubation reaction for 0.5-1 hour the solution was light yellow, where the solution was light yellow and 4-6 pts. wt. 50-60% amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide aqueous solution was added dropwise, the condensation crosslinking reaction between amine group and aldehyde group is performed for 5-6 hours to obtain amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide modified waste dander, (iv) mixing 50-60 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion with 50-60 pts. wt. deionized water and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-50 minutes, adding 1.0-1.5 pts. wt. amino acid, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 30-50 minutes, and reacting at 30-40 degrees C, for 5-6 hours to obtain carboxylated graphene oxide dispersion, and (v) using amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide modified waste dander as small-size dispersant for graphene oxide monolayers, dispersing 100-120 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene oxide dispersion in 100-120 pts. wt. deionized water, performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment for 30-50 minutes to make the dispersion uniform, adding 20-30 pts. wt. amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide modified waste dander dispersant at room temperature, stirring the reaction at room temperature for 4-5 hours, and ultrasonically dispersing for 40-60 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of leather tanning agent and leather fatliquor comprising adding solid content of graphene oxide with 0.3-0.5 wt.% leather and carrying out tanning for 4-6 hours, adding the solid content to 0.2-0.3 wt.% fatliquor leather and carrying out ultrasonic dispersing for 10 minutes.
