NOVELTY - Preparation light, thin and wear-resistant high-strength fabric comprises (i) feeding Spandex(Synthetic fiber) elastic yarn, high-elastic milk yarn and nylon high-elastic yarn with a yarn count of 180 into the yarn doubling machine for plying and twisting to form the base yarn, (ii) using base yarn as the warp, and using composite yarn spirally wound with Tencel(Lyocell) and graphene fibers as the weft, and weaving to form base fabric, (iii) immersing the meta-aramid resin polymer solution in the precipitation solution for precipitation to obtain the meta-aramid resin precipitation fiber, (vi) applying polyurethane hot melt adhesive between the two layers of base fabrics and between the two outer layers of fabrics, (v) adding soaking auxiliary agent into the stirring kettle, and injecting the crosslinking agent into the stirring kettle, (vi) soaking the heat-pressed high-strength fabric in the soaking solution, and (viii) adding the finished fabric in an oven to dry. USE - The method is useful for preparing light, thin and wear-resistant high-strength fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has excellent anti-breaking strength in the longitudinal direction, and improves the wear resistance of the fabric at the same time of ensuring the light, thin degree and service life of fabric, and quality of fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation light, thin and wear-resistant high-strength fabric comprises (i) feeding Spandex(Synthetic fiber) elastic yarn, high-elastic milk yarn and nylon high-elastic yarn with a yarn count of 180 into the yarn doubling machine for plying and twisting to form the base yarn, (ii) using base yarn as the warp, and using composite yarn spirally wound with Tencel(Lyocell) and graphene fibers as the weft, and weaving to form base fabric;, (iii) immersing the meta-aramid resin polymer solution in the precipitation solution for precipitation to obtain the meta-aramid resin precipitation fiber, and using the meta-aramid resin precipitation fiber as the warp thread, and using the bamboo charcoal fiber thread as the warp thread and forming the outer fabric for weft weaving, (vi) applying polyurethane hot melt adhesive between the two layers of base fabrics and between the two outer layers of fabrics, and using a hot press to bond the two layers of base fabrics and the two outer layers of fabrics to obtain the surface layer fabric and backing fabric, and applying polyurethane hot melt adhesive to heat-bond the surface fabric and the backing fabric to obtain high-strength fabric, (v) adding soaking auxiliary agent into the stirring kettle, controlling the temperature in the mixing kettle to be 45-55℃, stirring at 55-60 revolutions/minute, and injecting the crosslinking agent into the stirring kettle in the counterclockwise direction to obtain the soaking liquid, (vi) soaking the heat-pressed high-strength fabric in the soaking solution for 1-2 hours, and (viii) adding the finished fabric in an oven to dry for 5-10 minutes.
