NOVELTY - Heat dissipation cushion fire extinguishing pad (100) comprises a fire extinguishing capsule (111) in which a fire extinguishing liquid is filled in the capsule and mixed with the fire extinguishing cushion layer (110) to discharge the fire extinguishing liquid when a fire occurs; a cushion bubble (114) configured to absorb the displacement in which the cell thermally expands while being crushed by being mixed in the extinguishing cushion layer in the form of a plastic bubble or air bubble filled with air; and a heat dissipation layer (120) in which a thermally conductive heat dissipation filler is mixed and stacked above and below the fire extinguishing cushion layer, where in the event of a fire, the extinguishing capsule is released to suppress and delay the fire, and is inserted between the cells of the battery pack to dissipate the heat generated in the cells, and configured to absorb thermal expansion displacement of the cell. USE - The heat dissipation cushion fire extinguishing pad is useful for electric vehicle battery pack. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation cushion fire extinguishing pad effectively dissipates heat generated from the cells of the battery pack, and suppresses and delays the occurrence of a fire by discharging the fire extinguishing liquid from the pad when the cells overheat, thus minimizes the damage to property and people.
