▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Recovering lithium from graphite negative electrodes of waste lithium ion batteries and preparing porous graphene involves disassembling waste lithium ion battery to obtain graphite negative electrode sheet, placing sheet in reaction vessel, passing inert gas and water vapor, and heated up for heating treatment to obtain porous graphite material with organic matter removed, mixing porous graphite material with leaching agent, ultrasonic processing, filtering, separating filtrate and filter cake, and recovering filtrate to obtain liquid containing lithium. The filter cake is pre-oxidized by improved hummer method to obtain pre-oxidized graphite material, after adding hydrogen peroxide solution and hydrochloric acid for reduction. The filter cake is washed to neutrality by centrifugation, followed by ultrasound, dialysis and freeze drying to obtain porous graphene oxide. The porous graphene oxide is heated for heat treatment under inert atmosphere to obtain porous graphene. USE - Method for recovering lithium from graphite negative electrodes of waste lithium ion batteries and preparing porous graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to recovere lithium from graphite negative electrodes of waste lithium ion batteries and preparing porous graphene which realizes simple and efficient lithium recycling and reuse, and prepare high value-added porous graphene materials, which increase the added value of the power battery recycling industry and promote the diversified development of the recycling field, and produce economic and social effects.
