NOVELTY - Environmentally-friendly non-ionic surfactant for high temperature level dyeing of ultrafine fiber fabrics, comprises 10-20 pts. wt. dimethyldiallylammonium chloride, 4-10 pts. wt. xylanase, 3-9 pts. wt. JFC, 2-6 pts. wt. Bu-gong tea saponin, 4-8 pts. wt. poly(acrylamide-co-diallyldimethylammonium chloride), 2-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-8 pts. wt. potassium sodium tartrate, 6-12 pts. wt. N-alkyl betaine and 8-14 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - As environmentally-friendly non-ionic surfactant for high temperature level dyeing of ultrafine fiber fabrics. ADVANTAGE - The surfactant has simple preparation process and high dyeing rate, is environmentally-friendly and reduces the amount of dyeing wastewater. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using environmentally-friendly non-ionic surfactant for high temperature level dyeing of ultrafine fiber fabrics, involving (i) mixing dimethyldiallylammonium chloride, xylanase, poly(acrylamide-co-diallyldimethylammonium chloride), graphene oxide and potassium sodium tartrate into the mixing tank, adding water and performing ultrasonic stirring to obtain mixed solution (A), (ii) adding JFC, tea saponin and N-alkyl betaine to the mixed solution (A) in sequence, uniformly mixing, and adding them to the heating tank for heating, rotating and stirring to obtain a mixed solution (B) and (c) extracting the mixture (B) with ethanol solution in a Soxhlet extractor for 10-14 hours to obtain the target product, and drying the target product in an oven at a temperature of 50-60 degrees C for 24-26 hours.
