NOVELTY - Preparing cold-resistant cable involves performing hydrothermal reaction of reducing agent solution, graphene oxide, sulfide and lead salt in the presence of inert gas to obtain modified graphene. The masterbatch is prepared by mixing ethylene propylene diene monome (EPDM) rubber, nano vermiculite, petrolatum, talc, hexabromocyclododecane, boehmite and sodium molybdate. The masterbatch, modified graphene, vulcanizing agent are mixed to obtain a cold-resistant cable sheathing material. The outside of the core tois covered obtain the cold-resistant cable. USE - Method for preparing cold-resistant cable for military equipment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare cold-resistant cable, which has excellent cold resistance, simple preparation process and easy availability of raw materials.
