NOVELTY - The preparation of nickel-loaded graphene powder involves weighing 13-40 %mass graphene oxide and 60-87 %mass nickel nitrate, where sum of mass percentages of above components is 100%, adding graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing (I), stirring (I) to obtain graphene oxide solution, dissolving nickel nitrate in alcohol solution to obtain nickel nitrate solution, dripping nickel nitrate solution to graphene oxide solution, stirring (II), ultrasonically treating (II) to obtain mixed solution, preparing 2 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting pH of mixed solution to 9-11 with sodium hydroxide solution, dripping hydrazine hydrate, transferring to 90 degrees C water bath, heat preserving for 2-4 hours, stirring during heat preservation, taking out, naturally cooling to room temperature, sucking up supernatant by pipette, washing residual black floccule with alcohol and deionized water, centrifuging to obtain solid product, and freeze-drying of solid product. USE - Preparation of nickel-loaded graphene powder used in preparation of graphene reinforced metal matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nickel-loaded graphene powder with broad application prospect, effectively solves the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene, and uniformly distributes nickel particles on graphene.
