▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a photoresist on a surface of a diaphragm. A patterned photoreist is sequentially obtained. A metal layer is located on the patterned photo-receiving. The graphene oxide line located in the channel is reduced into a graphene oxide circuit. Multiple voice coil intervals are obtained. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a vibrating element with small gap between two adjacent voice coil lines.
