NOVELTY - Functional composite graphene fabric comprises a base cloth, an isolation layer, covered and arranged on the surface of the base cloth and a graphene printing layer, which is arranged on the side surface of the isolation layer away from the base cloth by gravure printing of the graphene surface treatment glue, where coverage is 1-3 g/m2, and thickness is 1-5 μm and the graphene surface treatment glue comprises 100 pts. wt. phenolic resins, 80-120 pts. wt. graphene dispersion slurry, 40-50 pts. wt. polar solvents, 20-30 pts. wt. cyclohexanone, 0.5-2 pts. wt. waterproofing agent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. leveling agent, and 8-15 pts. wt. curing agent, the viscosity is controlled at 800-1500CPS and the graphene microsheets in the graphene printing layer are arranged in an orderly arrangement. USE - The functional composite graphene fabric is useful in application of textile technology. ADVANTAGE - The functional composite graphene fabric has reduced graphene influence and mechanical influence of the base cloth color, and fully graphene function and separates the graphene printing layer and the base cloth through the isolation layer, where black graphene has less effect on the color of the cloth surface, while the spinning method and graphene film composite method have a great influence on the color of the cloth surface or the color limitation is relatively large; in addition, in the graphene printing layer formed by gravure printing, the graphene material is more concentratedly attached to the isolation layer to maximize its function and keep the tensile toughness of the composite material unaffected.
