NOVELTY - Preparing thermal conducting sheet comprises (i) preparing graphene powder, carbon nanotube material, artificial graphite powder and binder material, adding solvent to prepare a slurry with a certain viscosity, where the mass fraction of the slurry is 0.5-5 wt.% graphene powder, 10-30 wt.% carbon nano-tube material, 1-10 wt.% artificial graphite powder, 1-15 wt.% adhesive material, 50-88 wt.% water or N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, (ii) coating prepared slurry on at least one surface base material to form a composite material, and (iii) placing composite material in a high-temperature oven for drying to obtain thermal conductive sheet. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermal conducting sheet, which is useful in power lithium ion battery pack for two-wheeled electric vehicle, and energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The sheet: has stable structure, fast radiating and long service life; can radiate heat generated by battery pack outwards through film; reduces temperature of pack; makes inner temperature more uniform; safety hidden trouble caused by thermal runaway; and exerts the best performance of battery pack.
