NOVELTY - Preparing strong magnetic elastomer wristband involves taking rare earth permanent magnet materials and graphene materials, and respectively undergoes wet treatment with silane coupling agent, taking low-viscosity PUR and heating to 80-120 degrees C, adding the rare earth permanent magnet material and graphene material under nitrogen protection and stirring conditions, stirring and dispersing for 1-5 hours, casting to final shape, curing in the mold for 2-7 days, removing from the mold to obtain the PUR magnet. The PUR magnet is embedded in the mold cavity of the injection mold, and is adhered to the surface of the PUR magnet through the elastomer material. The mold is opened to take the portion and placed into the magnetic field to magnetize to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing strong magnetic elastomer wristband. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare strong magnetic elastomer wristband has excellent compatibility and adhesion, high coating strength, high magnetic elastomer prepared by wristbuckle type design, and prolongs the service lifetime.
