▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Two or more graphene oxide-containing ceramic components (A)-(D) each having different contents of graphene oxide, are alternately stacked, hot-pressed in vacuum, inert or argon atmosphere, sintered at 1800-2000 degrees C in the sintering pressure of 30-50 MPa for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene/ceramic laminate. USE - Manufacture of graphene/ceramic laminate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene/ceramic laminate having room-temperature breaking toughness of 8-10 MPa and three-point bend strength of 400-600 MPa, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - 40-85 Vol.% zirconium diboride powder and 10-25 vol.% silicon carbide material as matrix material, 3-35 vol.% graphene oxide as reinforcing agent, and ethanol as solvent are subjected to high-speed planetary ball mill, and wet-mixed to obtain slurry. The obtained slurry is cast on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate molding, to obtain graphene oxide-containing layered ceramic component (A). 40-85 Vol.% zirconium diboride powder and 10-25 vol.% silicon carbide material as matrix material, 3-35 vol.% graphene oxide as reinforcing agent, and ethanol as solvent are subjected to high-speed planetary ball mill, and wet-mixed to obtain slurry. The obtained slurry is cast on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate molding, to obtain graphene oxide-containing layered ceramic component (B). 40-85 vol.% Zirconium diboride powder and silicon carbide material as matrix material, 3-35 vol.% graphene oxide as reinforcing agent, and ethanol as solvent are subjected to high-speed planetary ball mill, and wet-mixed to obtain slurry. The obtained slurry is cast on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate molding, to obtain graphene oxide-containing layered ceramic component (C). The obtained slurry is cast on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate molding, to obtain graphene oxide-containing layered ceramic component (D). The contents of graphene oxide during formation of components (A)-(D) are not the same.
