NOVELTY - A high flame retardant, high temperature and hydrolysis resistant multi-element bio-based nylon composite material is prepared by mixing graphene oxide, 1,5-pentanediamine and polyethylene glycol 400 diamine, performing microwave hydrothermal treatment, vacuum drying to obtain aminated graphene, dissolving 1,5-pentanediamine, 6-amino-6-deoxy-2,3,4,5-tetra-O-methyl-D-gluconic acid, D-glucuronic acid, omega -undeca-amino acid and decanediamine in water, autoclaving, obtaining mixture I, taking polyethylene glycol 200 diamine, amino cellulose, alpha , omega -trideca-carbodiamine and adipic acid, dissolving in water, autoclaving, obtaining mixture II, taking mixtures I and II, adding ethylene glycol/water, autoclaving, obtaining mixture III, adding aminated graphene, mixing and stirring, heating and stirring, polymerizing under normal pressure conditions, taking out, and drying. USE - The method for preparing high flame retardant, high temperature and hydrolysis resistant multi-element bio-based nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The product has specific crystal structure and high entropy characteristics, and has high temperature stability and high chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high flame retardant, high temperature and hydrolysis resistant multi-element bio-based nylon composite material is prepared by taking 1-3:2-4:3-5 mass ratio of graphene oxide, 1,5-pentanediamine and polyethylene glycol 400 diamine, mixing, performing microwave hydrothermal treatment for 1-3 hours, vacuum drying for 24 hours to obtain aminated graphene, taking 1-1.2:0.5-0.7:1-1.2:1-1.2:1-1.2 molar ratio of 1,5-pentanediamine, 6-amino-6-deoxy-2,3,4,5-tetra-O-methyl-D-gluconic acid, D-glucuronic acid, omega -undeca-amino acid and decanediamine, dissolving in water to obtain 20-40 wt.% mixed solution, autoclaving at 135-175 degrees C under 1.5-3.5 MPa for 0.3-0.5 hour, releasing pressure and discharging water vapor, obtaining mixture I, taking 1-1.2:0.2-0.4:0.2-0.4:0.9-1.1 molar ratio of polyethylene glycol 200 diamine, amino cellulose, alpha , omega -tridecacarbodiamine and adipic acid, dissolving in water to obtain 20-40% mixed solution, autoclaving at 120-140 degrees C under 3 5 MPa for 1-2 hours, releasing pressure and discharging water vapor, obtaining mixture II, taking 1:1 mass ratio of mixture I and mixture II, adding 1:1 mass ratio of ethylene glycol/water to obtain 20-40% mixed solution, autoclaving at 155-195 degrees C under 1-3 MPa for 2-4 hours, releasing pressure and discharging water vapor, obtaining mixture III, taking 1-3:20-30 mass ratio aminated graphene and mixture III, mixing and stirring, heating and stirring at 95-125 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere under 0.05-0.3 5 MPa for 1-2 hours, polymerizing under normal pressure conditions at 235-245 degrees C for 2-3 hours, taking out, and drying.
