▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method comprises (i) mixing nano-silica particles, aluminum powder and process control agent under the protection atmosphere of argon gas, ball milling, adding graphene nanosheets, ball-milling at a variable speed to obtain uniform graphene/nano-silicon carbide/aluminum composition powder, and (ii) pre-pressing the graphene, nano-silica/aluminum composition powder and vacuum discharge plasma sintering, extruding and forming to obtain quasi-communicate and layered-distributed graphene and silicone-based reinforced aluminum composition material. USE - Preparation method of graphene and silicon carbide hybrid reinforced aluminum matrix composition material including aerospace, energy, ocean engineering and traffic transportation. ADVANTAGE - The method preliminarily mixes the nano silicon carbide particles and the aluminum powder by ball milling at the same speed, and then adds the graphene nano flakes for variable speed ball milling, effectively prevents excessive damage to the structure of graphite nanosheets and improve its dispersion uniformity, and reduces interfacial adverse reactions by vacuum discharge plasma sintering.
