▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing doped type graphene nano-carbon material comprises (a) adsorbing montmorillonite in a dye solution for complete adsorption treatment, and (b) drying dyed montmorillonite, crushing, carbonizing, acid washing and drying. USE - The graphene nano-carbon material is useful in nano-electronic devices, sensors and energy storage devices (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: takes montmorillonite as a template and carbon source as a doping source; is simple and is carried out in one step; and synthesizes heterogeneous class graphene nano-carbon material, which facilitates its application in nano-electronic devices, sensors and energy storage devices.
