NOVELTY - Preparing carboxy nitrile rubber damping material from functionalized graphene-carbon nanotubes comprises e.g. preparing the modified graphene intermediate suspension from graphite material, heating, stirring, mixing, centrifugal cleaning, and drying the modified graphene intermediate suspension and the first silane coupling agent in a volume ratio of 25-50:1 to obtain functionalized graphene; dispersing the carbon nanotube in the dispersing medium by ultrasonic oscillation, adding dopamine, stirring and mixing uniformly, adding trihydroxymethyl aminomethane buffer solution, and adjusting the pH to 8.2-8.7, stirring and mixing to obtain the dopamine-deposited carbon nanotube mixed solution, stirring and mixing the dopaminedeposited carbon nanotube mixed solution and the second silane coupling agent uniformly at a constant temperature, centrifugally cleaning, drying to obtain the modified carbon nanotube. USE - The method is useful for preparing carboxy nitrile rubber damping material from functionalized graphene-carbon nanotubs. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares damping material, which increases elastic modulus in the entire temperature rate and enhances the dynamic mechanical properties.
