▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Improving corrosion resistance of metal components, involves mixing prepared component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 100:(5-30) to obtain a flaky epoxy-zinc coating, and spraying the prepared coating on the metal components by a high volume low pressure spraying process, where the spraying distance during spraying is 15-30 cm, and the spraying air inlet pressure is 0.7-2 bar, and the atomization pressure of the hood 0.2-0.7 bar, and the compressed air flow rate is 15-20 cfm, and the component (A) comprises 10-39 %mass epoxy resin, 5-20 %mass solvent (i), 50-80 %mass zinc powder, 0-20 %mass nano anti-rust pigment, 0.1-2 %mass graphene or graphene oxide, 0.5-1 %mass nano-pigment and filler dispersant, 0.5-1 %mass wetting aid, 0.1-1 %mass defoamer and 0.1-1 %mass silicone additive, and the zinc powder comprises 0-20 %mass spherical zinc powder and remainder of flake zinc powder, and the component (B) comprises 70-90 %mass curing agent and 10-30 %mass solvent (ii). USE - The method is useful for improving corrosion resistance of metal components. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple to operate, and reduces the metal zinc content in the non-volatile substance of the surface coating of metal components, improves the salt spray resistance of the coating, improves the corrosion resistance of metal components, and improves the performance and shelf life of metal components.
