▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silicon-based material comprises silicon/Graveolentis composite material as core and metal foam as conductive support, where Graveolentis is single layered or multi layered graphene film. The graphene film is prepared by chemical vapor deposition. The layer number of the graphene is 1-10, silicon powder is nanometre silicon by commercial size of 2-10nm, 10-30nm, 30-50nm or 50-100nm. USE - Silicon-based material used as negative electrode for lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, cost-saving, eco-friendly, suitable for industrial mass production and has potential application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a silicon-based material, which involves: (A) placing commercial silicon powder having a diameter of 50-100 nm in a tubular furnace for chemical vapor deposition, at gravitational growth time is 30-60minutes, the growth pressure is normal pressure or low pressure i.e. 0.1Pascal, the temperature is 900-1200 degrees C, the number of graphene layer is 1; (B) dispersing ultrasonically in ethanol for 20 minutes to form a mixed solution of silicon/ethanol; and (C) assembling mixed solution layer on the metal foam, volatilizing ethanol to obtain metal foam supported graphene coated nano silicon lithium ion battery cathode material.
