NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional and graphene functional fiber comprises e.g. adding polyester chips and graphene masterbatch, mixing uniformly, subjecting prepared graphene polyester fiber and graphene polyester fiber into fluffy treatment, treating fluffy graphene polyester fiber into polyester mesh bag, placing polyester mesh bag on conveyor belt, placing polyester net bag through the conveyor belt into the circulating melt box, circulating solution box solution of textile anti-mite function and immersing graphene polyester fiber into the circulating melt box. USE - The method is useful for preparing multifunctional and graphene functional fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures to produce good functional compound. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing multifunctional and graphene functional fiber comprises (i) adding polyester chips and graphene masterbatch at a weight ratio of 100:1-10, mixing uniformly, subjecting prepared graphene polyester fiber and graphene polyester fiber into fluffy treatment, treating fluffy graphene polyester fiber into polyester mesh bag, where each bag into the weight of 4-6.4 kg, placing polyester mesh bag on conveyor belt; (ii) placing polyester net bag through the conveyor belt into the circulating melt box, circulating solution box solution of textile anti-mite function additives, where the weight ratio of textile auxiliaries and water is 1-5:1-5:104, where the temperature of the solution in circulating solution tank is 50-114 degrees C, soaking antibacterial polyester fiber into circulating solution tank for 3-8 minutes; (iii) immersing graphene polyester fiber into the circulating melt box repeatedly rolling for 5 times by a pneumatic pressure rod, rolling for 1 minute at a pressure bar of 5 kg, and adjacent between two rolling interval of 1-2 minutes, and making the antibacterial polyester fiber and the weight ratio of 5:0.1-1; (iv) placing prepared polyester mesh bag into the steam oven for baking, baking at 80-124 degrees C for 100-138 minutes; and (v) baking the fiber and packaging. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of functional fiber comprising (i) adding the multi-functional graphene functional fiber prepared and polyester fiber, low-melt polyester fiber in a weight ratio of 1:1-2:0.1-0.5, uniformly mixing in the release of carding; (ii) taking required fabric to y the number of longitudinal and horizontal network, and the weight of each layer lays is 15-40 g; (iii) taking upper surface and the lower surface of the multi-layered mesh laid in step (ii); (iv) using upper and lower surface of the multi-layer network and spraying into the baking oven, baking at 180-188 degrees C, making low-melt polyester fiber melting, baking for 50-60 seconds; AND (v) baking and rolling up into rolls.
