▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A biomass graphene modified viscose fabric comprises 10-20 wt.% polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, 20-30 wt.% cotton fiber, 20-30 wt.% graphene dispersion, 20-40 wt.% cellulose viscose, 5-8 wt.% bamboo charcoal fiber and 10-12 wt.% Tencel (RTM: lyocell and cellulose fiber) fiber. USE - Biomass graphene modified viscose fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric gas improved moisture absorption and quick-drying performance, excellent antibacterial and sterilization effect, elasticity and not easy to shrink wrinkles. The use of graphene dispersion and the cellulose viscose improves the sterilization effect and flame retardance of fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for fabrication of biomass graphene modified viscose fabric, which involves preparing graphene viscose fiber by adding cellulose viscose and graphene dispersion to static mixer and mixing, carding of polytrimethylene terephthalate, cotton fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, Tencel (RTM: lyocell and cellulose fiber) fiber and graphene viscose fiber and drawing with draw frame, mixing with silver and twisting to form spun yarn, winding on bobbin, warping warp yarns on warp beam in parallel and uniformly according to the specified length according to the process design requirements, placing prepared warp beam on sizing machine using mixed slurry, drying in oven, weaving into woven fabric, dying woven fabric according to process requirements, subjecting dyed fabric to water, drying, shaping, pre-shrinking, rolling and packing.
