NOVELTY - The method involves cleaning surface of foam nickel by alkali washing and preparing graphite oxide slurry by hummer process, so that the graphite oxide slurry is uniformly coated on the foam nickel and drying of coated nickel is carried out using vacuum drying box. The oxidized graphite is coated with the foam nickel in the microwave oven under normal pressure condition. The power of the microwave oven is 800-1600 W. The foam nickel pressed into the graphene by microwave heating is cut to obtain the supercapacitor electrode. USE - Method for preparing functional graphene based super-capacitor electrode. ADVANTAGE - The super-capacitor electrode can be manufactured by simple process. The internal resistance of the super-capacitor electrode can be reduced.
