NOVELTY - A durable acrylic sheet comprises 0.7 wt.% trimethyl citrate, 1 wt.% chloromethyl acetate, 1.2 wt.% polystyrene resin, 2-3 wt.% nano-calcium carbonate, 1.8 wt.% nano-graphene, 8 wt.% nano-silicon carbide, 0.7 wt.% maleic anhydride, 0.7 wt.% trimethoxysilane, 15 wt.% silicone resin, and 100 wt.% acrylic resin monomer. The acrylic resin monomer is composed of a mixture of polycarbonate resin and polymethylmethacrylate in a weight ratio of 1:5. USE - Durable acrylic sheet. ADVANTAGE - The acrylic sheet has excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of durable acrylic sheet, which involves (S1) adding trimethyl citrate, chloromethyl acetate, polystyrene resin, and acrylic resin monomer to a reactor, heating and maintaining the temperature at 100 degrees C, increasing the pressure to 2 MPa, stirring for 3 hours, and taking out to obtain acrylic molding compound, and (S2) adding nano-calcium carbonate, nano-graphene, nano-silicon carbide, maleic anhydride, trimethoxysilane, and silicone resin to the reactor, continuously stirring at 160 degrees C and 6 MPa for 2 hours, and transferring to an extruder.
