NOVELTY - Preparing precise patterned three-dimensional porous graphene and precise transfer method, comprises preparing polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate by spin coating the PDMS polymer solution on the surface of the clean glass plate and heating and curing, spin-coating the phenolic resin polymer solution on the surface of the PDMS substrate, and drying at room temperature to obtain a phenolic resin film, preparing patterned laser-induced graphene on the phenolic resin film by using the laser-induced technology, rinsing with absolute ethanol to remove excess phenolic resin, casting a layer of Ecoflex silica precursor polymer on the surface of the laser-induced graphene by spin coating, removing bubbles in the Ecoflex silica gel precursor polymer by vacuum and curing by heating to form an Ecoflex film, transferring the pattern of laser-induced graphene to the Ecoflex film, lifting off the upper Ecoflex film and realizing the precise transfer of patterned laser-induced graphene. USE - The precisely patterned three-dimensional porous graphene is useful in strain sensing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can quickly and efficiently prepare precise patterned three-dimensional porous graphene, and accurately transfer precisely patterned laser induced graphene. The sandwich structure flexible strain sensor prepared by the method has simple preparation process and high strain sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of precisely patterned three-dimensional porous graphene in strain sensing.
