NOVELTY - Implant composite bioactive coating comprises tricalcium phosphate, tetracalcium phosphate, nano-hydroxyapatite, tobermorite, graphene oxide, polyamide, nano-magnesium, strontium hydrogen phosphate, beryllium oxide, gelatin, lanthanum chloride, lysine, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium alginate, silver carbonate, sodium citrate dihydrate, phosphatidylcholine and polyethylene glycol. USE - Implant composite bioactive coating used for promoting bone tissue self-healing repair and improving the binding ability between implant and bone tissue and bone regeneration. ADVANTAGE - The implant composite bioactive coating has high bonding strength to substrate, abrasion coefficient of steel ball of not greater than 0.182, good wear resistance, excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, good biological compatibility, and good bone conduction, and meets the clinical application requirements. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Implant composite bioactive coating comprises 25-38 pts. wt. tricalcium phosphate, 10-18 pts. wt. tetracalcium phosphate, 7-15 pts. wt. nano-hydroxyapatite, 5-12 pts. wt. tobermorite, 1-4 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. polyamide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-magnesium, 4-8 pts. wt. strontium hydrogen phosphate, 1-4 pts. wt. beryllium oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. gelatin, 0.5-3 pts. wt. lanthanum chloride, 0.2-2 pts. wt. lysine, 0.8-2.5 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2-8 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. silver carbonate, 1-4 pts. wt. sodium citrate dihydrate, 0.3-2 pts. wt. phosphatidylcholine and 0.6-2.4 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of implant composite bioactive coating comprising adding tricalcium phosphate, tetracalcium phosphate, beryllium oxide, lysine, polyamide and nano-magnesium into distilled water, dispersing uniformly, adding sodium alginate, sodium citrate dihydrate, gelatin, phosphatidylcholine and polyethylene glycol, stirring to mix uniformly, preparing electrolyte solution, taking titanium or titanium alloy sample as anode and stainless steel as cathode, carrying out microarc oxidation treatment at voltage of 400-600 V and 450- 800 Hz for 5-25 minutes, taking out the sample, adding nano-hydroxyapatite, tobermorite, silver carbonate, lanthanum chloride, graphene oxide, strontium hydrogen phosphate and polyvinylpyrrolidone into the electrolyte solution, stirring and dispersing uniformly, adding the sample in electrolyte at 40-60 degrees C, soaking for 30-60 minutes, adding in reaction kettle, reacting for 5-20 hours at 200-350 degrees C, naturally cooling to room temperature, taking out the sample, incubating at 300-450 degrees C for 2-4 hours, placing at 500-650 degrees C for 1-3 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature and obtaining the product.
