▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Layered double hydroxide-molybdate ion-modified graphene flame retardant smoke suppressant is claimed. The surface of graphene surface load layered double hydroxide, and the molybdate ion are intercalated between layered double hydroxide. USE - Used as layered double hydroxide-molybdate ion-modified graphene flame retardant smoke suppressant. ADVANTAGE - The suppressant improves physical and mechanical properties of polymer and flame retardant and smoke suppression performance of polymer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing layered double hydroxide-molybdate ion-modified graphene flame retardant smoke suppressant comprising (i) dispersing divalent metal salt and trivalent metal salt into deionized water to obtain salt solution, (ii) dispersing graphene into alkaline solution, adding salt solution, adjusting pH of solution to 8-11 with precipitating agent, stirring the reaction at 40-80 degrees C for 12-36 hours, and then adding reducing agent to obtain mixture, then treating the mixture by coprecipitation to obtain reduced graphene oxide-layered double hydroxide, and (iii) dispersing reduced graphene oxide-layered double hydroxide into deionized water, adding molybdate solution, adjusting pH of solution to 4-5, and then treating with ion exchange to obtain molybdate ion intercalation modified reduced graphene oxide-layered double hydroxide.
