NOVELTY - A high corrosion resistant composite aqueous resin coating comprises 4-6 pts. wt. asbestos, 5-6 pts. wt. sepiolite, 1-2 pts. wt. nano graphene oxide, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. nano zinc borate, 40-50 pts. wt. 45-50% solid content aqueous organic silicone resin emulsion, 5-6 pts. wt. sulfonated asphalt powder, 0.8-1 pt. wt. sodium dodecyl sulfate, 12-15 pts. wt. 20-30% solid content nano aluminum sol, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. defoamer, and 25-35 pts. wt. water. USE - High corrosion resistant composite aqueous resin coating used for forklift engine exhaust pipe (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating is environment-friendly, does not contain volatile organic solvents and pollute the environment, has good thermal insulation capacity, improved thermal stability, enhanced protective effect, and improved film-forming ability, prevents spalling, and has good protection performance and no peeling and cracking phenomenon under high temperature condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating comprising dissolving sodium dodecyl sulfate in water, adding sulfonated asphalt powder, asbestos wool, sepiolite, and nano graphene oxide, stirring for 1.5-1.8 hours, and grinding for 40-50 minutes; and mixing with remaining raw materials, stirring, grinding and dispersing for 2-3 hours, standing at room temperature, and packing.
