NOVELTY - Cathode supplementary lithium pole piece comprises a cathode current collector, a cathode active substance layer provided on the cathode current collector, and a lithium supplementing layer provided on the surface of the cathode active substance layer away from the cathode current collector. The lithium supplementing layer comprises a phase change material. The lithium supplementing layer comprises a lithium foil. A lithium substance layer is set on the lithium foil. The lithium substance layer comprises agglomerant and phase change material. USE - The pole piece is useful in lithium battery of vehicle (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pole piece: solves the radiating problem of the cathode lithium supplementation process; improves the lithium supplementation effect and safety, energy density, long cycle life and stability of the battery; utilizes phase change material to absorb the lithium cathode piece in lithium supplementing process of discharged heat by adding the material into the lithium layer; and avoids the problem that the lithium replenishing effect is reduced or the pole piece quality is reduced caused by the sudden increase of lithium-replenishing temperature.
