▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Continuously preparing ferric phosphate comprises (i) dissolving the iron source and the inorganic phosphorus source in a solvent to obtain a solution containing iron and phosphorus; (ii) taking part of the iron-phosphorus-containing solution, adding a precipitating agent therein, dropping an oxidizing agent and the rest of the iron-phosphorus-containing solution to react, where the pH value of adding lye to control the reaction system is 0.8-2.8, and obtaining iron phosphate slurry by overflow; and (iii) aging the ferric phosphate slurry, obtaining the iron phosphate filter cake by solid-liquid separation, and washing and dehydrating the iron phosphate filter cake. The precipitation agent is graphite, carbon nanotubes, graphene, carbon powder, and/or acetylene black. USE - Ferric phosphate is useful in preparing lithium iron phosphate material anode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical and stable in physical and chemical properties and 1.78 times that of the batch process. Ferric phosphate has low in impurity content, sulfur content of less than 0.23%, preferably 0.06%, and high production efficiency, which can significantly increase the production capacity of iron phosphate.
