NOVELTY - Preparing fabric with built-in functional materials by three-dimensional embedded fabric forming method comprises (i) preparing three-dimensional fabric F1 with raised structure, making surface of three-dimensional fabric F1 hot-rolled for 10-600S at 100-300°C to form plurality of convex structures arranged in an array with a three-dimensional convex shape and a hollow concave bottom, (ii) filling functional material in hollow concave structure of convex structure in three-dimensional fabric F1, (iii) sewing opening of hollow concave structure in three-dimensional fabric F1 to form three-dimensional composite embedded fabric F3 with closed structure of built-in functional materials, and (iv) finishing and collecting three-dimensional composite embedded fabric F3 to obtain three-dimensional composite embedded fabric F4 with fabric wearability and finishing functional characteristics. USE - The method is useful for preparing fabric with built-in functional materials by three-dimensional embedded fabric forming method. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves technical bottleneck that functional material is difficult to actively embed inside of two-dimensional plane fabric and realizes friction resistance and water washing resistance; eliminates series of complicated operation procedures i.e. yarn tension control and fabric pattern design in process of three-dimensional fabric weaving; overcomes defect that plane-type morphological structure of traditional two-dimensional plane fabric is difficult to load a large amount of functional materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation device for three-dimensional embedded fabric with built-in functional materials, comprising a conveying device with an array of raised structures, a heat-setting device, a filling device, a sweeping device, a sewing device, a finishing device and a winding device, where the landfill device, the sweeping device and the sewing device are arranged on the upper end of the heat setting device, the conveying device is placed on one side of the heat setting device, the finishing device and winding device is sequentially placed on other side of heat setting device.
