▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of nanocomposite electrode material involves mixing graphene oxide and stannic oxide sol in mass ratio of 1:8-1:10into a precursor sol, uniformly coating the sol on the surface of the copper foil, drying in a vacuum drying oven, selecting a laser energy density reference value according to a physical property parameter of the precursor to the graphene/stannic oxide nanocomposite transformation, selecting a laser by a laser energy density reference value, and setting a laser process parameter comprising laser wavelength, laser power, laser relative scanning speed and concentrated spot diameter, scanning prefabricated foil by laser irradiation, testing and analyzing characteristics of the transformation product to obtain nanocomposite electrode material where best laser process parameters is to prevent graphene oxidation while shielding the gas to obtain in situ generation of nanocomposite electrodes. USE - Preparation of nanocomposite electrode material used as negative electrode material for lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite electrode provides batteries with excellent cycle performance and specific capacity.
